MASTER MARINE LINES

Customer service is arguably the most important part of the sales process.  We post a testimonial page and of course the comments you read are positive.  We can only hope that the comments posted are accepted as real - They are.  Are we perfect?  Absolutely not - We do our best to provide top quality American line in the configuration that meets your needs.  We do not charge shipping in the lower 48 States.  We make every effort to keep our prices low whether your lines are stock or custom.  The truth is even our stock lines are custom in that we have any bitter end whipped in addition to the standard heat sealing.  We have been in business since 2006 and have had only one problem with a line.  After two years of light use, there was undue shrinkage in the size of an eye made to a custom size.  What did we do?  We made a new one N/C.  Our customer was very, very happy and he bought from us again.  Oh, we are always happy to give free advice and if a job is beyond our capability, we'll tell you.  No one can do everything.
