WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT US

When you deal with us, you deal with a small American company that sells only products made in the USA 

The two suppliers we use most are Custom Cordage in Maine and New England Ropes in Massachusetts.

We sell rope made for boaters, although if you have a special need, we will do our best to help you.  

You can get stock items made by both companies and we can have custom sizes and configurations made up to meet your needs.

You will find our prices surprisingly low and there is never a sales tax, shipping or handling charge in the Continental United States.

A short list of what we have is dock lines, mooring pendants, anchor lines, fender lines, towing lines and rescue lines ( Lots more , but why bore you)

About half of what we sell is custom made, using the same price structure as our stock items.

TOWING LINE DESCRIPTION

Lots of you have been looking at the Towing line for Christmas post which is why I have left up so long.  This line is double braid MFP multifilament polypropylene rope. It is strong and has the unique ability to float.  It has a nice soft feel and is quite strong.  Most often we use 3/4" line.  We make these to order and normally splice eyes on both ends.  The splices are whipped and sewn.  The length is up to you.  We often have customers request a bridle, normally 10 to 15 feet in length which acts as a buffer as the towed boat approaches the tow boat. This is usually spliced with an eye at each end as well.  Red is our most popular color, although other colors are available

  How would you like to have a towing line on board should you run into a situation when your engine fails or the breeze dies. "THE HOLIDAY SEASON AND BOATING"

I live in the Northeastern part of the United States and Often I look out at my sailboat with disappointment. I usually pull myself out of these moods with memories of summers past and perhaps more importantly thoughts of summers to come. Of course, I sell rope and that gives me a connection many of us don't have. While I have ropes readily available, there are lots of other niceties for my boat I can dream about.
